Websites

Your website should be
your best sales rep.

Custom-built for local service businesses. Fast, mobile-first, built to close — not a template that just sits there. $199/mo, hosting and edits included. Launch in 7–14 business days.

Most local-business websites lose calls. Here's why.

Your site looks fine, but the phone isn't ringing. Reviews, SEO, and word of mouth only pay off through a website built to convert. Otherwise, they leak.

It looks like a template — because it is.

Most builder and agency sites pull from the same 50 templates. Generic site, generic business — you blend in.

It's slow. Visitors leave before they see it.

53% of mobile visitors leave after 3 seconds. Most builder sites take 5–8. Every second costs you calls.

Updates take a week and a phone call.

Freelancers ghost or charge hourly with 2-week turnarounds. You stop asking, the site goes stale, the business looks dormant.

What actually matters

Three things that turn a website into a phone-ringing machine.

Nothing fancy. Just the fundamentals most agencies skip because they're harder than they look.

Performance

Speed wins.

Every 1-second delay drops conversions by 7%. We build every page to load in under a second on a phone, with no JavaScript framework bloat. The site you're on right now loads in roughly 400 milliseconds.

Where the searches are

Mobile first.

70%+ of local-service searches happen on a phone. We design for the phone first, then scale up — not the other way around. Tap targets, scroll patterns, thumb zones — all considered before any desktop layout.

Conversion focus

One job per page.

Most local sites have eight CTAs and zero clear next step. Every page we build has one obvious thing to do — call, request a quote, see services — and gets out of the way. Decision fatigue is conversion fatigue.

Same fundamentals on every page — homepage, services, contact. The whole site pulls in the same direction.

What you actually get

Built section by section. Designed for your business — not a template gallery.

No drag-and-drop themes. No bloated WordPress plugins. No copy-paste templates that look like everyone else's. Just a clean, fast site, custom-built around what your business actually does.

  • Sub-second load times

Lightweight markup, minimal JavaScript, optimized images. Faster than 95% of competitor sites in your local market.

  • Designed, not picked from a list

We start with your brand, your customers, your services — not a template gallery. Your site doesn't look like anyone else's because it isn't anyone else's.

  • SEO-ready out of the box

Semantic HTML, structured data, sitemap, schema markup, fast Core Web Vitals — every signal Google looks for, baked in from day one.

Want proof? You're looking at it. Every page of reviewanchors.com is built the same way — and it loads, responds, and reads exactly the way we'd build yours.

The whole loop

From Google search to a ringing phone.

A high-ranking listing brings the visitor. A fast, clear site holds them. One obvious next step turns them into a call. Each step compounds the next.

  • Custom design + build · no templates

Pairs naturally with Reviews and Google Business Profile — your site is the destination, the others fill it with traffic.

Bigger than standard?

Tell us about your project. We'll send back a real number — not a range.

Standard scope (4–7 pages, a typical local-business site) runs at the flat $199/mo above. For e-commerce, multi-location, custom integrations, or anything beyond that — we'll scope it and send a quote. Hosting and ongoing edits still land on the same monthly model after launch.

  • Detailed quote within 48 hours

One inbox, no sales calls required. We read every form ourselves and reply with a real number.

  • No pushy follow-ups

If the timing isn't right, that's fine. We'll close the loop and move on.

  • Or just email us

The build

From kickoff to launch in 7–14 business days.

Honest timelines. No 6-month agency death marches. No "let me get back to you" gaps. Each phase is a clear handoff, not a black box.

  1. Day 1

    Discovery

One kickoff call. We learn your business, your audience, your services, your brand voice. You hand over assets (logo, photos, content sources). We map sitemap, page structure, and key conversion goals.

    What we do
Audit your current site (if any), competitor research, sitemap, content outline.
    What you do
One 60-min call. Send us your existing assets. That's it.
  2. Days 2–5

    Design

Wireframes first — structure before style. Then high-fidelity mockups for every page. You get one round of revisions before we touch code, so when you sign off, you sign off knowing exactly what you're getting.

  3. Days 5–11

    Build

Custom-built HTML, CSS, and the minimum JavaScript needed. Every page is built mobile-first, then scaled up. Performance budget enforced at every step — if a page exceeds load-time targets, it doesn't ship.

  4. Days 12–14 · Launch

    Go live

QA across browsers and devices. DNS cutover. SSL provisioning. Analytics + Search Console set up. Final walkthrough call so you know how to request edits going forward. Your monthly billing starts the moment we go live.

After launch, we don't disappear. We're your team for ongoing changes — that's the whole point.

$199/mo, $399 one-time setup, month-to-month. Larger or more complex builds quoted separately. The kickoff call is free.

After launch

We don't disappear.
We become your team.

Websites need someone watching them — hosting to manage, edits to make, things that quietly break. That's what the monthly covers, starting the day you launch.

  1. Infrastructure

    Managed hosting

Fast, secure, globally distributed. We handle the infrastructure so you don't think about it. SSL renewals, DNS, performance — all on us.

Target: sub-second page loads, 99.99% uptime, automatic SSL.

  2. Maintenance

    Ongoing edits

New service page? Updated phone number? Holiday hours? Send it over — we ship it that week. No hourly billing for small changes.

Turnaround: most edits live within a few business days.

  3. Reliability

    Monitoring + alerts

Uptime monitoring, performance checks, security scans. If something breaks, we know before you do — and usually fix it before you notice.

Coverage: 24/7 checks on uptime, Core Web Vitals, and security.

  4. Ownership

    You own everything

Full source code in your name. Want to move hosting someday? We help migrate. No lock-in, no hostage clauses, no "platform fees."

Yours: source code, domain, content, accounts — handed over on request.

Common questions

Everything people ask before getting a quote.

How much does a custom website cost?

$199/mo plus a $399 one-time setup fee. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. That covers the custom build, managed hosting, ongoing edits, security monitoring, and full code ownership — everything in one bundled price. No upfront project fee for standard scope. Larger or more complex builds — e-commerce, multi-location, advanced integrations — are quoted separately based on scope.

How long does a custom website take to build?

Most projects launch in 7–14 business days end-to-end. Day 1 is discovery, days 2–5 are design, days 5–11 are build, and days 12–14 are QA + launch. Larger or more complex builds (multi-location, custom integrations, deep content migration) scope longer; we commit to a launch date during the kickoff call.

How is a custom-built website different from Wix or Squarespace?

Speed, uniqueness, and ownership. A custom site is built deliberately for your business — section by section, page by page. That means sub-second load times (vs 5–8 seconds for typical builder sites), mobile-first responsive design built around your specific needs, no template that looks like everyone else's, and no platform lock-in. Wix and Squarespace are great for very simple use cases, but trade speed and uniqueness for ease of editing.

Can I update content myself?

Light edits are handled by us as part of your $199/mo — usually shipped within a few business days. We don't bundle a CMS by default because most service businesses don't actually need one, and CMSes are the #1 source of bloat and security holes. If you want self-serve editing, we can add a lightweight CMS (Sanity, Decap, or similar) — just ask during discovery.

What does the $199/mo cover?

Four things: managed hosting (sub-second loads, 99.99% uptime, automatic SSL), ongoing edits (text, photos, hours, small additions — usually shipped within a few business days), 24/7 monitoring (uptime, Core Web Vitals, security scans), and full ownership of code, domain, content, and accounts. Larger changes — new pages, redesigns, custom integrations — are quoted separately on top of the monthly.

Do you do SEO?

Every site we build ships SEO-ready: semantic HTML, structured data, sitemap, schema markup, fast Core Web Vitals. That's the foundation. Deeper SEO — content strategy, link building, keyword research, ongoing on-page work — is a separate service we offer, since it requires monthly work after the site is live.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Full code ownership, full content ownership, full account ownership. If you ever leave us, we hand off the entire codebase, transfer your domain and hosting wherever you want, and walk you through the handover. No hostage clauses, no lock-in.

What if I already have a website?

Usually we rebuild from scratch — it's faster and ends in a better site than patching an existing build. If your current site has content worth preserving (case studies, blog posts, photography), we'll migrate it into the new site as part of the project. Tell us during discovery and we'll factor it into the quote.

Do you work with businesses outside Dallas?

Yes. We're based in Dallas but the work is fully remote. Most of our clients are local service businesses across the US. As long as we can run a kickoff call and a few async check-ins, location doesn't matter.

Build a website that brings in calls.

The kickoff call is free. You'll walk away with a real quote and a real timeline — even if you don't hire us.
